You don't need my story to decide. But it will help you understand why this model exists, and why designing this business model was so important for me as I was forced to solve a problem you're likely facing: how to scale revenue without scaling hours, burning out, or relying on volume.
So, let me start with this… People often assume a client's financial results mirror the coach's income—that the coach's own revenue sets the ceiling for what their clients can make. It's pretty far from the truth.
Two decades ago, I had two car accidents. Both were "not my fault," but the Universe doesn't care. It needed to offer me certain challenges to overcome, I suppose, so it gifted me with back injuries that resulted in chronic back pain and migraines.
For the last decade I have been running my business pretty much from bed. I take long walks, push myself to go to the gym almost daily for light exercise, and gather my energy to travel as much as my body allows me to.
When people ask me, "Olga, you take many clients from zero revenue to over $5M in less than three years, but why is your own business not at least $5M?"… when they ask that, I just want to hug them…
The reason is this… Yes, I can scale with digital products, BUT what I truly love is one-on-one work with people, because that's where I can deliver the most value. None of my clients would ever accomplish what they have from any courses I would build.
The reason is—I simply cannot rely on my body to allow me the needed "performance" every time I get with a group of people on Zoom, so committing to dates for live events, milestones, etc. feels like an impossible commitment to make…
So, I said to myself, what if I challenge myself to scale not from the volume of mid-ticket clients or even a higher volume of low-ticket clients, but simply change the way each of my clients is served?
What if I strategically and creatively extend my lifetime customer value?
So then I challenged myself to design a business model that would rely on far fewer clients, and by delivering a different value pipeline structure, increase average customer lifetime value to $1M.
It's very challenging to do for a coaching business, I must prepare you. But I was blessed with over 30 years of working in management and senior executive roles (marketing, sales, operations) for startups and SMBs, running accelerators, and consulting many founders and CEOs on strategy.
That meant I would need only 50 high-touch clients to build a $50M business.
And then, of course, I wanted to introduce this shift of perspective to my clients, for many of whom we did build high-ticket offers, but traditionally, high ticket doesn't come to anything even remotely close to seven-figure clients. To build this requires creativity, innovative thinking, and strategic fluidity.
So, once again, welcome to The $1M Client Offer. May this shift your perspective and offer you another way to look at your business.
